Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Any delays caused by couriers are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details so we can resolve it.

Our fertiliser products should be used according to the instructions provided. Nano Soil is not liable for improper use or application outside the recommended guidelines.
